[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking for a thicker mat for doing sit-ups on a hardwood floor. Yoga mats don’t cut it when you have back issues. They are too thin. This “training mat” is perfect. The reason I put it in quotes is because the title gives off the impression that it is the thick uncomfortable, floor mat that you see on a gym floor. Not the case. I use this for HIIT, conditioning, Pilates, and yoga.

Love it! Very comfortable mat & doesn’t slip. Thickness is perfect. My old yoga mat hurt the balls of my feet sometimes. I don’t feel any foot pain on this mat.
