Nike Streakfly 2

$190

Carbon fiber and ultralight foam power your race-day speed.

The Streakfly 2 can help you out-kick the opposition on race day. This speedster now comes with a carbon fiber Flyplate, complementing the ultraresponsive ZoomX foam midsole and minimal upper you loved on the original. From the 10K to the mile, it can help you take your distances to the next level.

Full Speed

We integrated a full-length carbon fiber Flyplate that delivers a propulsive feel. It helps you smoothly transition through every stride and tackle turns with confidence.

Optimal Responsiveness

ZoomX foam, our most responsive foam, provides optimal responsiveness. The result is a shoe so light, it feels like it disappears on your foot while still helping you reach your fastest pace.

Sticky Outsole

The outsole is made of a thin, sticky, webbed substance that helps reduce the weight of the shoe while still providing optimal traction.

  • 5K Improvement

    Nike User - Sep 22, 2025

These shoes are amazing. My daughter can definitely see the difference in her 5K races.

  • Shoe is lightweight and response, a little tight in the toe box however

Shoe is a little small in the toe box but it has a good feel and response with sprint training, I like it so far, will see how it holds up. Aloha

  • Right idea but a few tweaks still needed.

So I’m gonna just say that I wanted to like these shoes when I first got them. Sadly, that’s not how it turned out. As I opened the box, I quickly noticed how small the box itself was and how light it weighed. And man, these things are crazy light. You can barely notice them in your hands! The colorway wasn’t my favorite but I was hyped to try them out. It had been raining the last few days so I finally got a chance to test them out on a dry summer evening. As I was lacing them up, I noticed the material of the shoes. Very thin laces. Completely see-through mesh lining. Light foam for support. One thing I did noticed was the gripping from the sole focused predominantly on the front soles of the foot and not as much on the heel. Being that I am flat footed, I run with my heel hitting the floor before my toes. But these are “road racing” shoes. So I figured I’m going to sprint down the street. As I put them on, I felt the toe box grip my toes fairly tightly. These shoes run small. I’m a size 11. I have countless Nikes. Most fit me perfectly or even give me some extra space. These gave nothing. So I’m about to run in some shoes that fit too tight and I take off. I start doing sprints down the block and I’m flying. My feet are so light that I don’t even know how to control them at full sprint. It certainly did not help that the heels didn’t have enough grip and that the shoes were too small but I was able to get some drills in before I could make my judgement. Ultimately, I wanted to like these shoes but I think I’m going to try another model for my road racing needs. These would probably twist my ankle after some time.
