Disproportionate sleeve length

This sweatshirt is supposed to be oversized and the body is, but the sleeves are disproportional. I bought a large (14/16), which is my normal size in most brands. I’m a small person (5’0” and 105 lbs) and the sleeves come just to my wrists. If I stretch my arms out, the sleeves are too short. If this would shrink at all in the wash, which it probably would some, the sleeves would be too short altogether. It’s a shame because it’s actually a comfortable material and I like the body length and how roomy it is. I’ll be returning it due to the odd sleeve length.
