Great quality; the new look on these jerseys is perfect. Incredible amount of stretch, so it'll go over anything. I don't have big arms, and I like this jersey style to be fitted. I went with 40; armbands fit great around me. Length sits slightly below the top of my pants waistline. Size up if you're portly, have huge arms, or don't like a fitted feel. My measurements: 6 ft - 178lbs - 42R-35W
