I bought these shoes because I walk anywhere from 10,000-20,000 steps a day because of my job. I would def recommend sizing 1/2 size up so they can fit like your normal size, but if you walk a lot like me I would recommend sizing a full size up, feet swell when walking for long periods of time and I feel like the full size up would give more room for your feet. Overall very comfortable shoe, good arch support, and very breathable!

Insanely comfortable Insane shape the curve - 'rocker' - on the soles is extreme! Out of the box these shoes feel tight - length OK, but tight across the width of the foot. First time out felt really wobbly - almost like I was was balance on a beam on my instep - a really odd sensation! The rocker of the sole is extreme - but works when walking causing a rolling action from heel to toe. Several weeks and miles later - the shoe no longer feels tight, but supportive, the wobbly sensation has gone and the rocker of the sole and affect on my walking action is fantastic!
