Great supportive shoe with cushioning! They do not feel clunky. I use for work, on my feet majority of the day. I also use the show for strength training workouts, various cardio equipment at gym and fast walking outside. The fit, cushioning and support feels fantastic for all exercises. The shoes bit stiff at first; suggest wearing them around the house before any serious exercising in them. Yes, it fits narrow, which is fantastic for narrow feet. Feet do not slide around in the shoes. If your feet tend to be wide, probably would not work for you. I purchased several colors of the same style, all fit the same. I would recommend sizing up a 1/2 size.

I ordered these in my normal size (6.5) for tennis, and they were super tight. Could barely move my toes. I am going to need to return and either order a half-size up or a full-size up. Would recommend doing that.
