Very soft and comfortable. The sole is firm and light weight

  • Good cushioned alternative for Nike Free Metcon 6 or Metcon 10

    MichaelD273465818 - Oct 16, 2025

A very stable shoe. Good for cross-training with good foot security for lateral and weighted movements. It was clunky for me when doing very short runs, reminded me of trying to sprint in a MetCon 8 or 9. Has more cushioning in the midsole when compared to Nike Free Metcon 6 and Metcon 10.
