My first pair was Nike City in Black, and I really love the fit, I am a substitute teacher and am on my feet the entire school day. My feet are very comfortable in this shoe, to the point I now own 7 pair different colors of course, being with middle school students I have to be sure my fit is correct on a daily bases. I'm told my shoes and shirts always match!

These shoes are really a game changer. They look great and are incredibly comfortable, basically like a new balance type of shoe where you can walk all day and be totally comfortable (but they don't look like dad shoes). The design is such that you can wear them casually or dress them up too. My only issue is that I have a bit wider feet so I sized up by a half size. However, the arch in the shoe is a little awkwardly further behind now that I have a half size big, but honestly you don't notice it after a while and it's perfectly fine. I also did an experiment where I peeled off the insole (which is technically not removable) and I folded up a small piece of paper and put it under the insole heel, that basically raised the heel just enough to make that awkward drop feel pretty much normal. However I ultimately did not need this "hack" as the shoe feels just fine in its original form.

These shoes look great. I’d buy one in every color if not for the following. My issues are both with the sole. I’ve owned a pair for about six months and worn them regularly, though not everyday. Due to the cleat/turf style sole, the places where my soles tend to wear these have worn down far more than other shoes and I can tell with every step. Also, the cleat style sole is slippery on anything but dry flat pavement or carpet. So if you live in a place with rain and hills, maybe somewhere like Beaverton, OR, you really gotta pay attention. These shoes are reasonably priced but due to the sole they have a relatively short life span as well. The uppers are durable enough to handle being resoled a few times. Nike, can you resole these for me?
