Whether I was running, lifting, or practicing yoga, I felt fully supported and able to focus entirely on my performance, not on adjusting my gear. I was extremely impressed with the Nike Alate Medium Support Women's Longline Padded Sports Bra. The fit is incredibly comfortable — snug without feeling too tight, and it moves naturally with my body. The longline design offers great additional coverage and feels very secure during high-movement activities. The soft, breathable fabric kept me dry through intense workouts, and I loved how lightweight yet supportive it felt. The padding is discreet but provides a nice shape and added comfort. The minimal, stylish design also makes it a versatile piece I can wear for both workouts and casual outings. If I could suggest one small improvement, it would be to make the straps adjustable for an even more customized fit. However, overall, this sports bra performed beautifully across strength training, cardio, and yoga sessions. It has quickly become one of my favorite pieces of workout gear!

This sports bra is a cute and basic staple piece for sports bras. The fabric is very breathable and does not dig into the skin, it also has adjustable straps! I also love that it is double lined, so that it does not need cup pads. I wore this on a run and it able to support my chest while running and was sweat wicking. There were a few fit issues for me. First, that it leaves a gap at the top and it is NOT an adjustable back, so you could maybe tighten the straps, but that did not fix the issue for me. Also, the straps can be unhooked, but the back does not. So, when I was putting the sports bra over my head, one of the straps came undone and I had to take it off to fix the strap. Last, even though there is a gap at the top, it also fit a little snug right by the armpits and gave that armpit chub that I don't always love. Overall, I would say it is comfortable and I love the lack of cup pads, but it has a few fit issues.
