How This Was Made

The recycled polyester used in Nike products begins as recycled plastic bottles, which are cleaned, shredded into flakes and converted into pellets. From there, the pellets are spun into new, high-quality yarn used in our products, delivering peak performance with a lower impact on the environment.
In addition to reducing waste, recycled polyester reduces carbon emissions by up to 30% compared to virgin polyester. Nike diverts an average of 1 billion plastic bottles annually from landfills and waterways.

Great sun protection; attractive fit, TTS

I love the ease and comfort of the material. It fits TTS, and is attractive looking. It;s breathable, wicking, and keeps me cool in the summer heat. I prefer the stretchy movement of the material, and wish it came in more colors than black or purple. I love the black, but purple is too much for me! It skims my body without hugging too tightly, the way Imprefer. Would buy in 5 more colors if available. Also enjoy the longer arm length for protection from the sun,
