Nike ACG "GOAT"

I have the black version of this belt and have put probably 200 or so miles in it so far this summer. I have about a 31 inch twist in the size medium fit me perfectly. The front and back pockets are both large enough to fit a 500 mL soft flask or your phone snuggly without any significant bouncing. I’m not quite sure you could fit two flasks *and* a phone without having bounce however. For me, the perfect use case of this is for runs up to 90 minutes where I want a little bit of water, but don’t want to bring a full vest or where I can have an easy place to refill midway through the run. A perfect use case was a 25K trail race that had two aid stations, so I had no need to carry a lot of water, but there was enough room in the belt for a couple gels a single bottle and my phone.

Runs very small. 31in waist is very tight for a medium size

I thought it fits true to size, I have used this from 6 mile runs to 60 miles. It does a nice job keeping everything from bouncing, no chaffing, and overall very comfortable. For the price point this is hard to beat. I would recommend.
