Nike Revolution 7

  I have been buying the Revolution line for my children for several years and I am very disappointed with v7. They bear very little resemblance to the v6, which was the perfect trainer for young children. The soles of the V7s are far more rigid and less flexible than those of the V6s. Children need flexible soles to develop the muscles in their ankles and feet. Also, this is the most worrying thing: the trainers are very pointed at the front and do not allow the toes to spray naturally—so much so that they could deform a child's toes. I am returning as there is no way I would allow my child to wear these trainers with the above issues. Will try and shop around for the v6's online.

  Very happy with these trainers my son absolutely loves them! Highly recommended.

• Look and feel great; velcro came apart in 2 months.

  The shoes look great and my son said they are comfortable. However, durability is terrible. I bought them at beginning of March and my middle of April the velcro has started fallen apart, and the threads are coming out, making the shoes look like they have been worn for ages. $60 for a pair of shoes that barely last 2 months is ridiculous!
