This bag is fire. I go to the gym at night around 9pm and I take this bag with me all leaving my house about 9am. I take my pre work out in a shaker, a foam roller, my lunch, a change of clothes and a sweater and it all fits in the bag. Plus the bag has a perfect hidden pocket behind the Nike sign where I leave my keys and wallet while lifting. 🔥🔥🔥
