Lightweight construction earns consistent praise, with the barely-there feel helping sprinters stay fast through short and mid-distance events. Comfort is solid, especially with the cushioned heel pad, though fit runs narrow and small—sizing up a half to full size is strongly recommended. These spikes deliver responsive performance and durability for track workouts and meets, with the aggressive plate providing excellent grip and explosion off the blocks.

great fit for narrow foot
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought these for my 12 year old son for track. He has a very narrow heel and these shoes fit him great. They are light and he enjoys wearing them.
