Does the job

Good quality

Awesome mid to long distance spike

Great track shoes for distance runners

Lack of quality
Personally as a track and cross country runner these arent my favorite. Theres lack of cushioning in them they feel very flat and they make me feel slow.

Distance Track Spikes
