I usually run in a size 8 but because most people said it runs small, I went to a 8.5. They are still snug. That's the only reason I didnt' give it 5 stars. The bounce, spring definitely helps with speed. I am usually a more minimalist shoe runner, so it has taken some time to get used to the feel, but overall a good shoe
