6’4, 175 guy, got the M/L and it fit great. Bought two 500ML soft flasks and they fit perfectly in the front pockets along with gels.

I’m 5ft 1in with 17in torso and 38DD bust, and the M/L vest was just right. No chafing when running while wearing over a longline sports bra. Plenty of pockets in vest, and the zippered pouch is reachable/accessible while still wearing the vest (it hits middle of my back). I like that it has a safety whistle which is a nice detail.
