This is a solid foam roller. It's firm, feels well made, and does exactly what it's supposed to do. I've used it regularly for recovery and have no doubts it will last a long time. It's a little pricey for what it is, but I expect to have and use it for many years.

Keeps its shape
This is my favorite foam roller because unlike others I have used, it doesn't bend or lose its shape. It also offers consistent, firm pressure. Definitely recommend.

Will last a long time
I love this roller. Because of the hard interior, it won’t lose shape and support over time. I feel like it really works to get deep into the muscle rather than just softly massaging.

Nice grip
When I received it, I was afraid it's not wide enough for back rollers. But it's actually perfectly sized for all application, while being nice and compact. The rubber profile gives it a really nice grip so you don't need a Yoga mat to use it and the texture adds a nice level of massage to the exercise.
