What Reviewers Say

This roller earns consistent praise for its firm, durable construction that maintains shape over time without bending or losing support. The hard interior delivers deep muscle pressure ideal for post-workout recovery, warm-ups, and cool-downs. Textured grip works well without a mat, and the compact size handles all applications effectively.

Best of the BEST!!
This is the cream of the crop of back rollers because it's narrow enough to open up your lower spine as deep as possible but wider ones miss this. I recommend this roller more than any other roller there is after 10 years of use I tried it because it was on sale there is no competition for what you want to accomplish here!!

This is a solid foam roller. It's firm, feels well made, and does exactly what it's supposed to do. I've used it regularly for recovery and have no doubts it will last a long time. It's a little pricey for what it is, but I expect to have and use it for many years.

Keeps its shape
This is my favorite foam roller because unlike others I have used, it doesn't bend or lose its shape. It also offers consistent, firm pressure. Definitely recommend.

Will last a long time
I love this roller. Because of the hard interior, it won’t lose shape and support over time. I feel like it really works to get deep into the muscle rather than just softly massaging.

Nice grip
When I received it, I was afraid it's not wide enough for back rollers. But it's actually perfectly sized for all application, while being nice and compact. The rubber profile gives it a really nice grip so you don't need a Yoga mat to use it and the texture adds a nice level of massage to the exercise.
