I am a size 10 and was debating whether to get the 8-10 or 12-14. It is a strange size guide but I’m glad I decided to get the 12-14 as I think 8-10 would’ve been too restrictive of movement and I prefer having the full range of movement in my arms when exercising lol. I guess it is mostly personal preference but if you are on the cusp, size up!! Also the style of it is a very nice shape and the material is nice and cooling. Would highly recommend
