Runs small definitely size up
I pole vault and needed a better shoe for it seeing as I only had my distance spikes from the previous cross country season. They work great for pole vault just remember to size up at least one full size.
(Ignore the rinestones I am infact a track girly)

I've had 2 pairs of these and loved them, definitely helped stability at take off. runs on the smaller side as well. The only thing to change is a stiffer upper to be able to bend the carbon plate more.

Great shoes!

Favorite spikes
I ordered the black pair and I’ve received so many compliments when people see the bright pink at the bottom of the shoe. This shoe fits great, but definitely size up. I usually wear 9.5 womens but I ordered a 9 in men’s and it fits perfect. I bought these shoes, peacticed in them once, then competed. They’re easy to break into.

Great cleat, not a lot of cushion
