I've had 2 pairs of these and loved them, definitely helped stability at take off. runs on the smaller side as well. The only thing to change is a stiffer upper to be able to bend the carbon plate more.

Great shoes!

Favorite spikes
I ordered the black pair and I’ve received so many compliments when people see the bright pink at the bottom of the shoe. This shoe fits great, but definitely size up. I usually wear 9.5 womens but I ordered a 9 in men’s and it fits perfect. I bought these shoes, peacticed in them once, then competed. They’re easy to break into.

Great cleat, not a lot of cushion

Shoe fits great and very comfortable for track spikes only down side is the color I think instead of green for the symbols on the front and top they should have just done pink for those symbols that’s the only down side to these shoes are there color schemes but overall an amazing shoe for vaulting
