Comfy for everyday exercise
The Black bike shorts are very comfortable; not heavy but medium compression. Medium size will fit one who wears size 8-10. Gave 4 stars as it the band rolled down my stomach a couple of times during Zumba class.

Missed the Mark
I got & fell in love with the 2025 pair. Sadly, the new version is terrible. None of the 3 pockets support the weight of a phone while running which is why I purchased these. They also run big & dont feel supportive. Very disappointing quality Nike.
