Size up a half size for best fit—these shoes run slightly small. Praised for stability during lifts and versatility across CrossFit, cardio, and hybrid workouts. The lightweight design marks a noticeable improvement over previous versions, making them comfortable for both training sessions and everyday wear. Strong lateral support and durability make them ideal for weightlifting and mixed gym activities.

Go a half size up
Recommend getting a half size bigger like Nike suggested. I’m a size 11, went with a 11.5 and they fit perfectly. These Metcons are lighter so it’s good for lifting and cardio.

Great training sneakers
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very comfortable. Much better than the 9’s. Not as clunky feeling.

Great weightlifting shoes!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I read reviews that said these were no good for CrossFit because you can't run in them. Nonsense! Sure, I wouldn't run a 5k in them, but they are just fine for runs during Crossfit sessions.

Perfect for Lifting and Hybrid Training
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the Metcon 10 as a dedicated gym shoe so I wouldn’t burn through my running shoes, and they’ve been perfect for that.
They feel really stable during lifts but still comfortable enough for hybrid-style workouts—things like carries, lunges, and short intervals. Exactly what I was looking for.
The design is clean with just…

Solid training shoes.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these to replace some old Mac cons that had started to develop some holes from overuse. They’re not quite as heavy, and the bottom isn’t quite as stiff. But they fit comfortably and still have good stability.
