Backpack doesn't look like the picture in quality

The backpack came in with creases all over it which I can understand because of the shipping process but the bottom portion of the front of the backpack, the triangle portion, is not well made and does not look as smooth and well-made as the product photos. Aside from that aspect, the backpack is relatively well made and the quality of the materials is nicer than expected. I love all the pockets and the size of it also but I'm disappointed about how the front of the backpack looks.
