Fits small. Lightweight, not bulky and fit for purpose. Wrist support good for dynamic barbell movements but it can get in the way of where your watch sits if you wear one.
bought a pair a year ago and they have lasted well. One small tear in the meshing at the thumb but otherwise still fine. The palm area has not worn after 3-4 heavy weight sessions a week.
