Very cool and comfortable - allows for good movement. It does get very damp as the other reviewer mentioned, but I did not notice a big color change on my dark aqua dress. The sizing is off though - according to the chart I should be a Small, but when I tried that one on in a store it was really tight. The Medium fits perfectly on my 35-27-37 inch frame. So order a size larger than they suggest.

I love the look and style of this dress, but the fabric is not suitable at all for working out. Any bit of sweat that gets on the material looks like you soaked it in water and when it eventually dries it leaves a harsh outline. I wore it for an hour of pickleball and with only a slight sweat around my sports bra the dress fabric was so dark/wet it looked like I was lactating. I won’t ever wear this again for exercise.
