Size down—these shoes run big, with most finding a half to full size smaller works best. Praised for superior comfort compared to classic All Stars, thanks to enhanced cushioning and thicker canvas that requires a brief break-in period. The Chuck 70s deliver a premium, vintage-inspired look with sturdy construction and versatile styling that pairs with nearly any outfit. Wide-width options are especially appreciated for accommodating broader feet without sacrificing the iconic silhouette.

Classic for a reason.
They hold up for a year of everyday wear, and they look good doing it.

White Canvas that Must Be Seen in Person
For those who are looking to buy their first pair of Chuck 70's, these shoes run big. I am usually a size 9 and buy my Classic Chuck Taylor All Stars in size 8.5 for just a little bit of space at the toe cap. For the Chuck 70's, I fit best into a size 8. I already own a pair of Chuck 70's but always wanted a clean white pair. I almost went with The Optical White Classic Chuck Taylor All Stars…

Classic look, great quality
Love the look of these, the thicker canvas and off-white sole just looks so classic and nice. I went a full size down, I would recommend checking your Euro size and buying that. Classically converse are sized in UK sizing so you'd want to buy 1 size smaller than your normal size.

foot binding
Converse shoes are run an entire 2 sizes too small. They're so narrow it's analogous to foot binding. Like, have they ever seen a human foot?

Stylish and versatile
Love the slightly higher quality of these. They are comfortable and look good with most outfits. I am a teacher and on my feet all day and wore them when i walked to the ballpark the other day, so I have already put them through their paces. (around 12-15 miles of walk in them across the first week). First day, my feet were a bit sore since I don't typically wear this brand. But since then,…
