Lightweight ZoomX LT Foam
We removed the sockliner and built a zero-drop midsole with the maximum cushioning height allowed in racing. Ultra-responsive and ultralight ZoomX LT foam delivers Nike's highest energy return.
Responsive Air Zoom Units
For the first time in Nike Racing history, we arranged two double-stacked Air Zoom units in the forefoot, giving you a springy, responsive feel at toe off.
Carbon Fiber Flyplate
A new inverse wave carbon Flyplate is tuned to work with the Air Zoom units for a propulsive and stable feel on race day.
New Flyknit X Upper
Up top, our ultralightweight and breathable Flyknit X fabric is knit in a radial pattern to provide multi-directional containment without weighing you down. It works with a fitted knit collar to give you a contoured, sock-like fit.
