I definitely recommend sizing up! I am a 7.5- 8 and got a 7.5 and it fit a little tight so I do recommend sizing up half a size and I don’t recommend for the gym, could be a little uncomfortable but overall a nice shoe

I have 3 pair of these shoes, bought them in 3 different colors in which I thought sizing up would help but these are narrow, love the look and feel but narrow. Try them on in the store before purchasing.
