My baby girl is 3.5 years old and I got the 9c, they fit perfectly. She LOVES them, she told me they were soft and cozy, lol.

The shoe features are the same as the photo. Shoe is very easy to slip on for toddlers. Especially when they have a doctor appointment and you have to remove their shoes for weight and height. Shoes do not leave any prints after being worn for a few hours. Shoes are very lightweight and very suitable for children that require accommodations. Shoestring stay tied which is good for children that are unaware of how to tie shoes. I’ve purchased two pair, so far and will continue to purchase more.
