I’ve only used these for shorter runs so far .They are pretty comfortable for a stability shoe and fit me well. I have a wide-ish foot and thought I might need a wide but the regular width works. Roomy enough in the toe box which will be good on longer runs.

Nike Structure Plus
The Structure Plus is best suited for runners seeking a daily trainer with supportive cushioning. It’s built for road running and delivers a smooth, stable ride designed to help runners feel supported during daily miles, long runs and everything in between.
Stability shoes add support features that help create a steadier, more guided ride through transition. Neutral shoes are designed to allow more natural movement with less added structure underfoot.
A dual-foam midsole stacks responsive ZoomX foam on top of sturdy ReactX foam to deliver cushioning that feels both comfortable and supportive.
The Structure Plus pairs ZoomX foam with ReactX foam for a more cushioned feel underfoot than the Structure 26, which is made with ReactX foam. This makes the Structure Plus a more elevated cushioning option.
While ZoomX foam is ultrasoft and highly responsive, durable ReactX foam has a slightly firmer feel to help balance cushioning with stability. A midfoot support system also helps keep the ride feeling steady and controlled.
The Structure Plus comes in Regular and Extra Wide, helping more runners find the right blend of support, comfort and room.
