Find a Nike Store Accepting Returns of Online Orders
See if there’s a store near you accepting returns of Nike.com and Nike App orders, then visit the store of your choice with your items, along with a combination of the following:
- The email address or phone number provided when you placed the order.
- The order barcode (you can find it at nike.com/orders or from the Orders tab in the Nike App) or your order number.
To be eligible to return, the items must be in the same condition as received. They must also include all materials that were part of the original shipment, including:
- Packing bag
- Shoe box
- Product tag(s)
- Accessories
If you paid for your order with a credit card, you’ll need to provide the same credit card to receive your refund. Some exceptions apply – please see "How do I return my online order to a Nike store?" for additional details.
