Whether you shop on Nike platforms or at a Nike store, you can return items within 30 days of receiving them, as long as they are unused (some exceptions apply). That includes custom Nike By You sneakers.
To be eligible to return, the items must be in the same condition as received. They must also include all materials that were part of the original shipment, including:

Most items (with some exceptions) can be returned to the same Nike store within 30 days of purchase—simply take eligible items and your receipt to the store where you originally made the purchase.

For Nike store purchases, you have 30 days from the date of purchase. For Nike.com and Nike App purchases, the return package must be with the shipping carrier within 30 days from the date of receipt. For purchases with a 10-day return policy, the return package must be with the shipping carrier within 10 days from the date of purchase.
We stand behind our shoes and gear. If your Nike shoes or clothes develop a material or workmanship flaw within two years of the manufacture date, you can still return the item (some exceptions apply). The manufacture date can be found on the item’s tag. Please note, the item will be subject to an inspection process to determine if it's defective or faulty.
Please note, returned products that were manufactured more than two years ago may be returned to the consumer without inspection.
If you have a Nike x LEGO brick set with missing or damaged parts, you can request replacement pieces directly from the LEGO website.
