If you’ve decided your new Nike shoes, clothing, or gear just aren’t right, you can return unused items within 30 days of receiving them (some exceptions apply).
Go to your order. If you purchased on Nike.com as a guest, you’ll need to access the items you want to return using your order number and email address. Your order number can be found in any of the emails we sent you about your order.
Once on your order, scroll to one of the items you want to return and select "Start Return." Then follow the steps above—starting with step three.
Nike Members and guests can also return Nike online orders at eligible Nike stores. Please see our store return instructions for additional details.
In an effort to reduce our impact on the environment, we’ve removed packing slips from our order shipments. Starting October 2023, we’ll automatically send you an email with your invoice/receipt attached.
No problem, you can download the Return Form here. Remember, you’ll need to include the completed form with your return.
Once we’ve received your items and processed your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original form of payment. We do our best to inspect and process returns in seven business days, though occasionally it might take a little longer. Please see our refund information for additional details.
We no longer offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an order for a different item or size, please return the item and place a new order for the item you want.

We stand behind our shoes and gear. If your Nike shoes or apparel develop a material or workmanship flaw within two years of the manufacture date, you can still return the item (some exceptions apply). The manufacture date can be found on the item’s tag. Please note, the item will be subject to an inspection process to determine if it's defective or faulty.

If you have a Nike x LEGO® brick set with missing or damaged parts, you can request replacement pieces directly from the LEGO website.
