If you’ve decided your new Nike shoes, clothing, or gear just aren’t right, you can return unused items within 30 days of receiving them (some items cannot be returned, or may have a different return period).
You can use our store finder to see if stores near you accept returns. Please see our store return instructions for complete details and some store return exceptions.
Please note, if you purchased Nike items at another retailer, you’ll need to return the purchase to that retailer.
In an effort to reduce our impact on the environment, we’ve removed packing slips from our order shipments. Starting October 2023, we’ll automatically send you an email with your invoice/receipt attached.
Once we’ve received your items and processed your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original form of payment. We do our best to inspect and process returns in seven business days, though occasionally it might take a little longer. Please see our refund information for additional details.
We no longer offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an order for a different item or size, please return the item and place a new order for the item you want.
We stand behind our shoes and gear. If your Nike shoes or apparel develop a material or workmanship flaw within two years of the manufacture date, you can still return the item (some exceptions apply). The manufacture date can be found on the item’s tag. Please note, the item will be subject to an inspection process to determine if it's defective or faulty.

If you have a Nike x LEGO® brick set with missing or damaged parts, you can request replacement pieces directly from the LEGO website.
You can find it at nike.com/orders (e.g. AB1234-001, 123456-001).
You must process the returns separately for each package. That means if you are returning multiple packages, you'll need to prepare a pre-paid shipping label for each box. For details, please contact Yamato.

If you are returning multiple items from a single order and the return is split into two boxes, please prepare one additional pre-paid shipping label.

If an item is sent to the distribution center without completing the return process, it will be sent back to you. If you would still like to return the item, please complete the return process again from your order history, then send it back.
