How Do I Return My Nike Order?

If you’ve decided your new Nike shoes, clothing, or gear just aren’t right, you can return unused items within 30 days of receiving them (some exceptions apply).

Ship Your Return – Nike Members

  1. Sign in to your Member profile and go to your order history. Tapping the button below will take you directly to your orders page once you sign in.
  2. Select "View or Manage" for the order you’re returning, then select "Start Return."
  3. Choose the items to return, provide the return reason from the dropdown menu, and select "Continue."
  4. Next select "Schedule Sagawa Pickup," then tap or click "Get Instructions."
  5. Schedule return pickup. Tap or click "Schedule Sagawa Pickup." This will open the Sagawa Express online form that needs to be filled out. Please note the form must be filled out in Japanese. If you are an English speaker and would like to schedule a pickup, please call 050-3032-9151.
  6. Complete the paper form. In addition to the online schedule a return pickup form, be sure to complete the Return Form included with your order.
    And if you paid for the original order at a convenience store or with cash on delivery and need a refund, you’ll need to provide your bank account details in the "Bank Details" section.
  7. Be ready for pickup. Box up your items and enclose the completed Return Form. At the time of pick up, give the package to Sagawa Express.
    To be eligible to return, the items must be in the same condition as received. They must also include all materials that were part of the original shipment, including the packing bag, shoe box, product tag(s), and accessories.
  8. Receive refund. Refunds will be processed in approximately seven business days after we receive and process the return. If you paid for your original order with a credit card, your card will be refunded. If you paid at a convenience store or cash on delivery, your bank account will be refunded.

Ship Your Return – Guests

Go to your order. If you purchased on Nike.com as a guest, you’ll need to access the items you want to return using your order number and email address. Your order number can be found in any of the emails we sent you about your order.

Once on your order, scroll to one of the items you want to return and select "Start Return." Then follow the steps above—starting with step three.

Return at a Nike Store

Nike Members and guests can also return Nike online orders at eligible Nike stores. Please see our store return instructions for additional details.

FAQs

Why doesn’t my order include a packing slip?

In an effort to reduce our impact on the environment, we’ve removed packing slips from our order shipments. Starting October 2023, we’ll automatically send you an email with your invoice/receipt attached.

What if I can’t find the Return Form or want to enclose more than three items?

No problem, you can download the Return Form here. Remember, you’ll need to include the completed form with your return.

When will I get my refund?

Once we’ve received your items and processed your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original form of payment. We do our best to inspect and process returns in seven business days, though occasionally it might take a little longer. Please see our refund information for additional details. 

Can I exchange my order?

We no longer offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an order for a different item or size, please return the item and place a new order for the item you want.

Can I drop off my return package at a Sagawa Express location?

Yes, you can take your return directly to Sagawa Express. Please fill out the cash on delivery form with this address for the return shipment:

How do I return defective or flawed product?

We stand behind our shoes and gear. If your Nike shoes or apparel develop a material or workmanship flaw within two years of the manufacture date, you can still return the item (some exceptions apply). The manufacture date can be found on the item’s tag. Please note, the item will be subject to an inspection process to determine if it's defective or faulty.
