CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

Yes, you can exchange your order, just follow our return instructions and be sure to include both the return/exchange section of the packing slip and the exchange form.

With your Nike Membership, you have 30 days to try it on, try it out, and see if it's perfect for you. If at any point during those 30 days you decide it's just not right, you can return or exchange the item for another size or color (with some exceptions).

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
  • Nike By You products cannot be exchanged, but they are eligible for return.
  • Apple products cannot be exchanged, but they are eligible for return.
  • Gift bags cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • We’ll ship your replacement item (if the item is available) after we receive the item you want to exchange.
  • We’re not able to ship replacement products to convenience stores. If your original order was shipped to a convenience store, please include a new shipping address with the item you want to exchange.
  • You cannot specify a delivery date for replacement items.
  • Once an item has been exchanged, it cannot be exchanged again.
