    Spikes are good! I wouldn’t recommend these spikes if you have wide feet. I am a 9.5 but i got these spikes in a 10 because they run small. Very lightweight.

    very comfortable when running sprints. time was 14 minutes but went to 12 which is a lot when you are the one running. overall i'd say get maybe 1-1.5 sizes bigger than the usual. very snug and improved my running, also they are super cute in person!

    great sprint spike, very flexible than the maxfly on the turn definitely 10/10, especially the 8 pin feels really good 👍🏽
