Just started taking running seriously and these shoes have made quite the difference. I would highly recommend for an entry level runner 5-10k max distances.

Excellent trainers. I coach high school sprints, and this is a perfect shoe for sprinters for their workouts. On the track and also for plyometrics and weight room. Lightweight great support in the forefoot and no carbon plate to stress out their feet for non-spiked workouts. And the price point is perfect.
