Nike Structure 26

I have only run in these shoes a few times and my first impressions are fantastic. They have a great fit that makes your feet feel really well supported which is combined with great laces that holds everything in place for the entire run.

I bought these as I have started HIIT workouts and running as well; being a person with flat feet, I need a shoe that supports my arch and that possibly I can use everyday to walk. These are very "bouncy" and very comfortable to wear all day long. Exercise-wise, they have great support underneath the heel area, which for me is a major plus as high impact exercise does strain my lower back. Goes on the smaller sized, so go 1/2 a size up. I am a size 8 so took 8.5. If you go a size up I'd recommend using thick socks too

This is my newest purchase of Nike Structures and it did not disappoint. I have a very arthritic ankle and wearing these shoes helps immensely. I’ve been wearing Nike Structures for years and they are always my favorite!
