Turf go with regular size.

As of December 2023 I recommend getting your normal size. I've bought a couple pair of the premier series this year. I went back and forth with sizing due to comments and even Nike's recommendation to go up half size. This must of been relevant in the past, but currently not necessary in my opinion. Turf 100% go with your regular size otherwise will be too big. FG premier, I would still go regular size but if you have wider feet go up a half. Turfs are great with no break in. FG need a little time and run a bit tighter and more narrow.
