I just received my Metcom 8s. The fit was perfect. I usually wear a 6 1/2 in shoes. I ordered a 7 1/2. These are great for weigh training and leg days. They are flat and have a great grip. I love that they are also super stylish!
Amazing Lifting Shoe

Just had my first lift in these and let me tell you, I LOVE them!! Finding correct muscle contact is far easier due to the extremely sturdy and hard heel (the heel of the shoe is practically made of plastic—there’s no bounce). With that being said, this is not a very versatile shoe and should just be used for lifting, and moreover, for leg days. My usual size is a 7.5 and I ordered a 7.5 fits perfect. I have a wide foot too. Wouldn’t have been happy with any bigger. Highly recommend!
