One workout in, these are next level! Lighter, running no longer a chore. Still stable, still the winner for lifting. Lighter on your feet for running, skipping, burpees. So happy with these. Wide fit perfect for me. Wear a 10UK in everything else, but 9.5s were a perfect fit!

True to size. I’ve never worn a Metcon shoe before but these are awesome in the gym. Provide the balance and stability I need when moving heavy weight. I like the color options too. Went with the orange and blue ones.
Ran smaller than expected

I’ve bought two earlier iterations of Metcons and they were great (6) and even better (8). These ones, however, felt a half size too small for me. I’ve owned many Nike shoes over 20 years and I’ve always been the same size so this was a surprise. On the plus side, I’m glad that Nike finally offers some better Metcon colour ways. Metcons are usually good but be aware about the fit.
