我是初學者。這雙鞋子的初體驗非常好，防震真的不錯。跑起來彈跳的部分不錯，能幫我快速離地。重量的話，很輕。因為這是跑鞋，可能作為休閒或非運動，出差等長時間穿(有穿去出國)可能不太合適，大概穿了接近12小時，也因為沒有運動，鞋繩有點松。鞋帶的部分有點短。系緊的部分還好。無論如何，整體體驗5星。之前有穿過中價位的跑鞋，體驗中規中矩，這次第一次的升級(價位)有不錯的體驗。如果價格能夠優惠一些些更好！哈。

These shoes are amazing if you have plantar fascitis! They aren't lying about being mad cushioned. No need to swap out insoles, they are as advertised as max cushy. The only knock on them is if you have any balance problems you might not be used to this feel and can be a little unstable. But if you have no problems with stability and got plantar fasciitis these shoes are for you!
