Nike Free 技術結合鞋跟處的穩定泡棉，以及前足部位較為柔軟靈活的泡棉。結合外底彈性溝紋，為動態訓練提供所需的彈性。
為了在活動時穩固雙足，我們將網狀鞋帶系統與內襯相結合。兩者共同提供更多支撐，穩固且舒適地貼合腳部。
鞋面採用輕量網布材質，即使訓練強度升高，鞋子依舊透氣舒適。

I’m new to the Metcon family. I started with the Metcon 6. Love Love them. The Metcon 7 hasn’t disappointed. They fit my size 13 better than the 6’s. I like the higher back of the shoe. Great response on my hinging, squatting and plyo. Hadn’t run in them yet. So far so good! Good Job Nike!

They look mint. Had the 5s and 6s. 6s didn't last 6 months while doing sledge pushes. Still got 5s and they're holding up well. Definitely prefer the look of these.
