Nike Alphafly's keep getting better and better!! Ran another PR in these in Tokyo, I cannot say enough about the feel, responsive and how my legs feel after running 26.2 miles in these shows, it's truly magical!!! I own many "super shoes" and Nike Alphafly is my "go to" shoe for racing, has never let me down, thank you Nike, keep it going!!
Fixing squeaking

The only shoe this 69 y.o. uses. Can train harder than any other shoe and race faster. Regarding shoe squeaking: a bit of water sprayed into the sole parts stopped it. However, the burrs dropped by our local trees get stuck in the shoe....so I avoid them
