  My husband wears this vest for errands or walks. It fits comfortably, though a little larger in the waist (probably because it is “oversized fit “). It insulates well, but doesn’t make him feel too warm. The vest has nice big pockets. I wouldn’t use them to hold items while running though because they don’t zip. Overall the vest is functional and cozy.

• Nike thermafit vest is okay as a layer underneath your winter coat to keep you a bit warmer this winter!

  I loved the idea of the Nike thermafit vest. In all honesty it did keep my core warmer when warn underneath my winter jacket in the 25 degree weather walking by the water. It’s oversized though and that isn’t ideal for wearing underneath another coat. The material wasn’t soft or cozy but it did keep me warmer walking around in the wind. I tried the vest in pale grey so it’s not a color I’d choose to wear on its own. It didn’t have enough detail to be worn on its own, but it’s great underneath another winter coat to keep your core warm. It’s a very nice option in New England winters. It’s lightweight but warm which is nice. I’d honestly just like it to be tighter fitting for underneath another winter coat. It didn’t have enough detail to be worn in its own. I’d also like it to be softer. Then again my son disagreed and I suspect he’ll be wearing it! He’s already said he’s taking it to school tomorrow for recess. He loved it.
