I love my Kukinis but it took me a little while to figure out the best way to buy and wear them. I usually wear a women's size 10 (men's 8.5), but I now buy my Kukinis in a men's size 10 (so that is 1.5 sizes bigger than my "normal" size). I then take out the Nike sockliner and put in a good aftermarket insole with arch support and more cushioning. I need a roomy toe box and I have arthritic knees so the support and cushioning are essential for me. When I do this I can wear the Kukinis even with thick socks and I'm still comfortable, my toes can wiggle, and my knees are much happier. I love the snug-but-laceless fit, light weight, and comfort.

I have many Nike shoes and know that an 8 is perfect, these apparently rum small. Anticipate this shoe being slightly smaller than an 8.
