Nike Vaporfly 4

The shoes offer a very snug fit and don’t really require you to “break into” them in order to have comfort feel. As soon as you put them on they you are ready to go! I run 6-7 miles everyday and can’t say enough how good they feel and how breathable they are. The color scheme is really easy to work with when creating my workout fits.I honestly don’t believe there is much to change these shoes are amazing and I plan to buy another once this pair wears out.

The Vaporfly 4 is my first foray into a racing style shoe vs a training runner (think zoom Vomero, etc) and the difference is immediately noticeable. The shoe itself feels super light both in hand and on feet. The material for the upper is almost transparent / and more of a stiff feel than the more cotton fabric of other shoes. I only used these shoes on speed runs - and I definitely felt more of the heel drop than in other shoes but it did force me to turn over my stride faster which felt good. The shoe fits true to size for Nike. Overall, my mile time was within 10% of my training shoes however I'm more of a causal runner vs a hard core racer. I think if you're looking to take your racing to the next level - this is the right shoe for that. The look on foot is sharp - and I really enjoy the clean silhouette. I'm going to save these for 5-10k races and keep testing them on speed runs to go for further improvement - but if you are already utilizing multiple shoes between training and racing - these would be a perfect fit.

I got these shoes for my son. They are the most comfy light weight shoes. Perfect for running, walking everyday wear. The colors and the design are everything. The fabric is comfy and breathable. His biggest response to the shoes is so light when he’s running and playing his sports.
