サイズを普段より0.5サイズ上げて購入しました。履けなくないですが 1サイズ上げても良かったかなぁと思いました。 クッションはとても良く歩く、ランニング、ジャンプが面白いほど軽いです。 安定性はつま先、かかとが反り上がってるため 初めて履いた時はグラグラしましたがコアを鍛えるのに良いかなぁと思い 汗も普段より掛けているように思います。
