Incorrect color advertising

It’s a super cute bag, i’ve seen many colors in person and they just look like great everyday bags. However, I bought the pink one as a gift for my goddaughter and when it arrived it wasn’t the same pink as advertised. It looks a bit softer and lighter in the photos compared the one I received which is just a bit darker. Still cute, but show colors as is!

質感、サイズ感やデザインはとても気に入っているのですが、チャックの作りが残念でなりません。 数ヶ月使用していますが、購入当初からカバン内側の布がチャック側に折れ癖がついており、開け閉めする度に布を噛んでものすごくストレスです。 その度にカバンの中に無理やり手を入れて中から布を引っ張ってチャックから外しますが、これが1日に何度も何度も起きるのでちょっと限界です。同じカラーが売り切れのため交換もできませんが、出荷前に検品をしてほしいです。 2、3度チャックを滑らせると必ず中の布を噛み、中の布を引っ張って外さないと開くことも閉じることもできないのです。 NIKEは大好きでよく購入するのですが、こちらの商品は初めてとても残念な買い物でした。
