You can return unused items purchased through Nike.com or the Nike App at select Nike stores within 30 days of delivery. As with any Nike return, the items must be in the same condition as received and include all materials that were part of the original shipment, including the packing bag, shoe box, product tag(s), and accessories.

You can use the search tool below to find an eligible nearby Nike store that accepts returns. Then bring us your items along with the following:

• The email address or phone number provided when you placed the order.
• The order barcode (you can find it at nike.com/orders or from the Orders tab in the Nike App) or your order number.
• If you paid for your order with a credit card, you’ll need to provide the same credit card to receive your refund.

Additional information:

• Nike By You items purchased online cannot be returned in Nike stores.
• Our return policy and exceptions also apply to items returned in Nike stores.
• Items cannot be exchanged at Nike stores.
