We believe in a level playing field that is safe and secure for everybody, which is why we ask you to verify your mobile phone number to be eligible for SNKRS releases, draws, passes and other events.
When you download the SNKRS App and first sign in, you will be prompted to verify your phone number. If your number ever changes, you also can easily verify it in SNKRS, in the Nike App or on Nike.com anytime. You'll find the steps to verify below, based on which platform you choose.
Just one more thing—each phone number can be linked to only one Nike Member profile.
If you didn't receive an authentication code after submitting your request, please check these steps:
If you’re still experiencing issues, please contact us.
You’ll need to verify your email address when creating a Nike Member profile. We’ll email you a one-time 8-digit verification code.
Additionally, we may ask you to verify your email address after creating your profile, especially when you sign in to any Nike platform above from an unrecognized device.
If you don’t see the one-time code in your inbox, check your other folders (e.g., spam, junk, and trash). You should also enable emails from nike@notifications.nike.com. If you still have issues, your email provider, or mobile carrier, may not support verification emails. Be sure to check with your provider.
Currently, only devices provided by Japanese mobile phone companies are supported. Landlines, virtual phones, messaging apps with phone features, or VoIP are not supported.
Occasionally, we may ask you to complete an additional email verification step when signing in to Nike.com and any Nike apps, especially if you use an unrecognized device. In this case, after you enter your email and password, we’ll email you a one-time code to use to finish signing in.
If you don’t receive the one-time code email to finish signing in, first check your email folders (spam, junk, trash, etc.). Second, enable receiving emails from nike@notifications.nike.com.
If you still don’t see it, your email provider may not support our verification emails—email addresses provided by some mobile carriers are not supported.
